Vulantri has the right to change these terms without notice. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any queries regarding this article.
Your information will be kept safe in our database. We will never sell or pass on your information to any third parties other than the standard shipment related requirement.
If you are interested in any of the collections seen in the Vulantri webshop, you can order them by clicking: “add to cart” on the detail jewelry page. In the same page, you can also check the availability of the jewelry item by checking if it is “in stock” or “out of stock”. Please follow the further instruction and fill in your information regarding the shipping details.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ONLY DO THE PAYMENT WHEN THE JEWELRY ITEM IS IN STOCK
We ship internationally.
Shipping will be processed right away after we receive the the payment confirmation, with note that it is during working time/day.
We recommend to use DHL shipping company for shipping your item(s) to destinations outside Indonesia and JNE within Indonesia. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control such as long holiday, natural disasters and strikes. We will try our best to keep in touch with the shipping company so we can inform any updates to you.
Singapore: USD $15 (standard) and USD $50 (express)
The rest of the world: USD $20 (standard) and USD $70 (express)
Within Indonesia: Free
We ship the items from Bali, Indonesia.
To destinations abroad, using express shipment will take 2-4 days and standard shipment 5-10 days to arrive.
A shipment to cities within Indonesia such as Java and many cities in Sumatra will normally take about 2-3 days to arrive.
If you have problem with the item you bought, under certain agreement we will repair your jewelry item purchased for up to 1 weeks from when order is received. For request on repairing the item, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe to us the problems and attach a picture of the broken parts. We will discuss with our production team and when we agree to repair your item we will send you a repair tracking number. Please attach along this repair tracking number when sending the item back to us. Please note that we are unable to pay for any shipping cost. If the problem is out of the warranty period we can quote a price for the repairment, depending on the problem.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, please return it to us within 1 week after your order is received, as long all items returned must be UNWORN and UNDAMAGED.
How to return or cancel the items bought:
Please email us at email@example.com and tell us the reason why you wish to return/exchange the item. Include also in the email your name and complete postal address. If we agree, we will issue you a return number and a return address. Please do not return any items without this number as we cannot accept returns without this process. For shipment, we recommend you to use a track able delivery service which uses tracking number. We do not accept any claims for items lost during shipment and we are not able to refund any postage and packaging charges.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before the shipment and we will refund your payment and cancel your order. Please note that we will not pay for any bank charges when we refund your money.
